Created by Alessandro and Anna Pavoni, renowned for their celebrated Sydney restaurants a’Mare and Ormeggio at The Spit, Cibaria blends authentic Italian traditions with coastal charm in a venue that’s as dynamic as it is welcoming.

Inspired by the Italian concept of eating and socialising around a piazza, Cibaria offers a unique experience for every moment of the day. From your morning espresso at the Caffetteria to a sweet treat at the Gelateria, and indulgent dinners at the Trattoria, this is where Italian flavours and lifestyle come together.

Private events and gatherings

For larger gatherings, the Cibaria Terrazza on level two offers panoramic views over Manly Beach, a private bar, and an outdoor balcony with lounge seating. Available for private hire, this space is also set to host exclusive events throughout the year.
