Get ready to dance! On the last Sunday of each month, Cibaria will host a ‘Festa’ (also known as ‘Party’ in English), with different music acts on rotation from 3-6pm.
Refresh yourself with cocktails and a bespoke Festa menu from the Cibaria team, featuring oysters, prawns, lobster rolls and pizza margherita with the option to add mortadella or parma prosciutto, to name a few.

55 North Bar by Cibaria Manly will be hosting live Jazz in the bar every Friday night between 5.30pm-8.30pm. There are a limited number of tables which are available to be booked online. To secure a table, tickets are $45 per person and include a negroni or a spritz on arrival, a selection of bar snacks curated by Cibaria, and the best seats in the house!
If you don’t wish to pre-pay for a ticket, you’re still welcome to come in and enjoy the music. Beverages and food can be purchased at the bar.
